N109 Underground ticket holders must be 21+ in order to participate in the distillery walk through and tasting as it does include alcohol. (ID’s will be checked, if you purchase this ticket and are found to be under 21 no refund will be given and you won’t be able to participate in the extra activities)
Our visit will be both free roam and scheduled. A detailed itinerary will be emailed to all ticket holders around 3 days prior to our visit.
You must arrive on time for entry. Arrival time will be emailed to all ticket holders 1 week prior to the event.
Cosplay is encouraged but NO props or faux weapons are allowed
All tickets sales are used to pay for our visit and are not used for profit. All extra or left over funds are re directed into funding the next event.
Ticket cancelation can be made up until 3 days before the event for a 100% refund. Any time after refunds will not be issued if your ticket needs to be cancelled.
